1. Priority Access Fee

  • The Priority Access Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Customers may apply the full fee toward the future purchase of the device when available.

2. Gadget & Accessory Purchases

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exclusions

  • Opened or used items (e.g., headphones, wearables) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
